Our Tariffs for 2007 are as follows:

Prices are per person. Reduced rates available for children sharing Family Room with 2 adults.

Booking conditions...

All holiday bookings, verbal and/or in writing is a legally binding contract.

A deposit of £20 per room will be required for all bookings and must be received within three days of the booking if paying by cheque. Deposits can also be made by credit or debit card. This is non refundable.

In the event of a cancellation, we will make every effort to re-let your booking. Your deposit is non refundable, and if the accommodation remains unoccupied, we may ask for a further payment to compensate for our loss. We strongly recommend you that you take insurance to cover your loss.

If we do not receive your deposit within the stipulated time, we reserve the right to re-let the room.
All bookings will be confirmed by email or post after receipt of your deposit.

All bills must be settled in cash, by cheque or by debit or credit card after breakfast on the day of departure.

Car parking is provided free to guests and is entirely at the owner's risk.

Please note that weekends in the Lake District are busy and weekend bookings must be for a minimum of two nights, and three nights on Bank Holidays weekends.
